I av always vow to myself never drink alcohol, but i tend not to understand why there is contineous increase in the number of people taking alcohol and later i try to reserch on alohol to convince my friends that drink it, that it has a bad effect on them .but to my surprise i couldn't even convince them but rathar i became cofused on whether to consume alcohol or not.on my reserch i realise that Little or moderation in alcohol consumption has been argued to be cardio protective.
Red wine a"french paradox" is a form of alcohol that has been shown to have some beneficial effects on the heart. The low rate of coronary artery disease in french cummunity was said to have probably resulted from the high consumptions of redwine. Alcohol is said to have substances that help increase HDL, a good cholesterol in the body which is protective to the heart, also alcohol beverages contain some substances which prevent the platelets in the blood from sticking together, thereby making blood thinner and free flowing, with all these protections beign gained from alcohol, i became confuse on whether to consume alcohol or not.
To mylotter" do you think drinking alcohol is of great importance to us.
