Have you ever tried escolar? Do you like it? What other fish does it remind you of? And do you believe in the claims that it causes GI distress?

Ive never heard or tried this fish before(that I know of). Usually when I go to have sushi I try it, and if I like it then I eat it. I dont want to know whats in it or else I wont eat it. But some fish, and seafood do cause some GI distress, and food posioning symptoms. I guess it dependss on the person, but since I have a sensitive stomach and bowels I wouldnt try it.
