Well looks like FEMA has suffered another blunder. They have made payments to victims that they now say ooops. You owe us money. Unreal!. Yes I will have no problem writing you a check for 20,000 in 30 days. Seriously? Sorry but unless you are a big business that made bad decisions or one of the 130 plus countries we supply aid too you are pretty much screwed. That is how I would feel if I was one of the thousands that they will trying to collect from. And they haven't gotten to Katrina's victims yet. The government wants to take almost half of what WE work for. WHY? It isn't to help us in a disaster. Good Job FEMA keep up the good work.

Those who have...Keep what they have and take from those who have not...Universalist Religion of all Governments.

I can only pray that those who do end up suffering loses from such disasters have the proper insurance. Unfortunately many do not.
