It was on july 20, 2010 when my OB ordered me to have a two weeks bed rest due to a subchorionic hemorrhage which was seen in 2D ultrasound result. My reaction: I cried a lot. My OB advised me to relax, so i did. Instead of spending my time crying, i talk to my baby in utero. Babies are capable of hearing even before they are born and I believe that talking and singing to a baby in utero is a great way to to begin the parent&child bonding relationship, and perhaps even to stimulate a baby's intellect before birth. I read inspirational books, it boosts my morale and self-esteem. With these, I enjoyed my two weeks bed rest. With God's help, I gave birth to a 7 pound healthy baby angelo on February 25, 2011.

I also having my bed rest right now because of my placenta is getting low. I already spend two months here in bed. Every time that I get pregnant I always suffer in preterm labor but my doctor said they cannot find the reason why contraction is happening to me because my laboratories results are normal. Maybe it because of my stress so im trying to forget all the things that give me stress when im having bed rest and I watcg funny movies all day and watch cooking videos on the internet so I also enjoy my bed rest moments.
