Is Hubpages.com down today?

My friend is a regular blogger on hubpages and she had published one hub last night and i wanted to see the Hub but since morning i am getting problem loading page. Can anyone get in to hubpages? Are they really down or is it only me who is not able to get in to it?

i think it had a server down problem yesterday night,hope it comes back tonight!
