I spend long hours on the computer surfing. I want to know if I'm exposing myself to any kind of health hazard.

yes..your exposing yourself at damage of your eyes..it's not healthy to stay hours after hours looking at a light box...u harm your eyes

You'll get a tan from the monitor if you sit in front of it too long.
