I have been writing for Associated Content and have been pretty happy with them. I also have done Gather.com, which you get paid in giftcards (but I buy a lot of books, so I am happy with that, another friend on Gather gets Home Depot cards to fix up her house). I signed up for Helium but I haven't written anything for them yet, and I haven't heard of triond, but I will check it out.

If you write a lot, you can just recycle old article you have written into Helium, as long as you haven't sold the exclusive rights. And articles there can be as long or as short as you want them to be. If you want, I can refer you and give you some tips on how to make money there.

Definitely Helium. AC is cool, but it can take forever to get your articles published after you submit them. Helium doesn't always pay as much as other sites, but you get your work published as soon as you hit publish. Editors usually give you good advice as to how to make articles better if need be.

I have tried only triod and have no complaints so far. I am not a resident of the Us, so I could not use AC, and am yet to try Helium. In triond, the amount you get is not much, but the experience is worth it, I feel. If you contribute a lot there, they simply keep fetching you money depending on the viewings.

I definitely prefer working for AC. Triond wants full rights to whatever you publish, but AC gives you the option of what you'd like to do. Not only that, AC pays you better that Helium and Triond.

Your exact order is how I'd rate them as well. But Helium helps me with my AC articles so without Helium, no muse would be in my court. Triond pays nothing. I think I have 17 cents so far and contributed 6 articles.

I prefer associate content becaude I have made the most money there and the articles seem to be of higher quality than some of the articles at helium. A couple of my articles have done well at helium though. Tell me more about triond.
