what u gona do when u find your partner is too lazy to cooperate with ?

i dont have a good description in english . but i real have a comfused topic hope you all share with me . We are a team who wanna start to do business together ,base we are close friends for more years ,and we knew each others very well .so just because this ,there is much problems we cant dare to tell each other .okay ,one of my partner is a lady ,she looks much pretty ,it is kind of person who can have fun very well together .but for the work,she is too lazy to make me angry .start from our working time ,she just gaming ,surf on the net ,and watching media sometime .i just comfused why she cant figure out something helpful for our business ,although dont know some options of the details ,but why just try hard to learn something good for herself .AND the problem is i cant angry with her face to face .i am afraid to hurt her with harmlessness.it'll could to be misunderstanding . MAYBE u may think i am so borning for complaining this .i dont have any rights to let her out ,everything is out of my control .i am not happy with this ,but i am comfused how to let this going on . what will u do when u meet this situation ?hope u dont mind share your opinion .
