You must know that kind of healthy food is suit for your healthy heart because it is very important to eat healthy food for healthy heart so that you do earlier prevention. Actually there are many healthy foods for your heart and you can find them around you, by consume healthy food, you will get healthy heart as well.

raw celery- Its good for the heart, it removes the clog in the arteries and improve the circulation, not only that it improves sexlife, so a person that eats raw celery can have a healthy heart and strong virility at the same time. Another heart food will be raw parsley. You also need to drink lots of water, its not only good for the heart its also good for your kidney. sardines with tomato sauce is also known to be good for the heart because of omega 3.

I think no one wants to have any kind of diseases, no exception for heart disease. And yes you are right, by consuming healthy food will make our heart stay safe and under controll. Not only good for heart, healthy food also important for our liver, lungs and other parts of body.
