onbux says they pay ultimate members intantly is that true?

all over the web says onbux turned to scam , is any ultimate member got paid?

Judging from their payment list: they mainly pay amounts around 2 - 3$ via AlertPay; now and then I have seen an amount up to 40$ in the past weeks via AlertPay and Neteller. Meaning: they have obviously paid their Standard Members. But today amounts higher than 100$ could be seen from Paypal. Upgraded members who have shown patience in the past now might have reason to raise hopes, I guess.
