Is the new Admin paying the payments in Vcbux?

Nearly one month has passed after the admin have changed in vcbux, now the ads are available as usual and also mini ads are available. The admin had told that they will not reset those accounts who withdraw their disputes within 5 days. Now i have nearly $3 in vcbux account, shall i request my payment through paypal? How many days will it take for me to get the payment, has anyone in mylot got the payment from vcbux after the admin had changed? Please share some of your ideas.
