What do you like to do and see?

When I travel I like to look at the architecture and the beautiful scenery. I often visit art museums, historical museums, open air museums and other kinds of museums. I like to explore big cities with lots of attractions and I also like to visit some of the unknown villages in the countryside. I like to visit mountains, lakes, beaches and islands. I enjoy meeting the locals and eating the local food. I like to take pictures of the some the interesting places that I find and buy presents for my friends and my family.

Dear max, Just now i have responded to one discussion, these days i love to go to places of pilgrimage in my country, if there is any tourist spot or historical places near, we go there by hiring comfortable buses but we prefer train mostly. the health issues are our primary concern now lol thanks for sharing, kalyani from india, namastey

I too like seeing the architecture and I like to take lots of pictures. I usually enjoy the local cuisine and seeing how other cultures do things!

I too love walking around the local streets if I go to different places. I like imagining what it's like living there, and what kind of job I could have. I would think about what the regular expenses are, and what things I could save on as compared to where I currently live. Most of all, I also would like to go and see what the place is famous for.

First, I would like to see what tourist spots the city is known for(may it be a museum, beach, park, monument, etc...) After a whole day of exploring and touring, I would roam around the streets of that city to relax and mingle with the locals. I also look at the restaurants that are known in that place especially those who serves local food and delicacies. And also, I would like to see a play or watch a variety show or movie that is locally made. hehehe...

You know,sometimes I just enjoying sitting down and relaxing,and feeling the local atmosphere.

I enjoy eating the local food and seeing the local people. I like to take in the historical places and the natural beauty of the area.

Hi maximax8, it's my pleasure to see people in their different clothing speaking in their language which very often I don't understand. But from their friendly smiling face I know I'm welcome I enjoy hanging around along the local street stalls that are full of attractive goods in various types arranged or displayed on the stalls or in the stores with their respective ways which are very much different from my place. I love natural scenic sites more than historical spots. Eating the popular and delicious local foods is the must during my stay in the destination Happy posting

I like to see the natural beatiful sight views and then take nice photos. And I also like to try the local food because it is one way to experience the local life. And I will do some shopping to buy some local handicrafts or food so that I can give my family and friends after the trip. I love China

I would like to see green grass and blue skys and mountains I also love the ocean at night with a full moon shining over it,

I like to walk about, as i think it's the best way of getting a real feel for a place. You can see things too, that you would not see otherwise.

When I travel, I like to spend time with the local people, I particularly like nature, I love to visit zoo´s, and other places like that. Rather than in cities, I love to go to the woods, forests, or beaches, depending on the place or country I am in, of course. But, I think that part of being abroad is to know other peoples cultures and uses, I believe.
