I could be alot more positive. And if I were able to be more positive I could then be more active and probably get over being so depressed. And then I will wager the panice attacks and social anxiety might not be so bad. I wonder if that would happen or if just the positiveness would take over.

I like some things and dislike others - at least I have something to aim for in bettering myself!
The thing I like best is either my humour or my respect for and generosity with other people. I try never to judge and do my best to be kind and friendly. Yeah, I'm a bit of a hippy.
The thing I dislike the most is my fear of violence: I'm a pacifist by nature but (thanks to having 4 older brothers and wearing glasses) I'm afraid of violence, even if it's not happening to me. I should probably take up a martial art to feel more confident about that, but I'm getting a bit old (and lazy)...
