the sham that is the globe superweekend promo...

the past two fridays, i received a text from globe that i qualified for their superweekend promo. to qualify for the promo, one must load at least P199 from monday to friday. to avail of the promo one only have to text a code to 8888 and one gets 250 free texts to all networks plus a 10 minute call to any globe/tm number. much to my dismay, i keep getting a message from globe that i cannot avail of the promo because there were already a lot of subscribers who availed of the same promo... i mean what the fudge is that all about??? what a cop out from globe!!!! they are nothing more than thieves for pulling this scam off!!! scam!scam!scam! it really isn't about the money as i was able to use my load credits properly but the principle behind the matter. i qualified to the promo and followed the necessary step of texting in the correct code. one should never be exempted from receiving the benefits of this promo regardless of the number of users who availed of this one. globe should have the common sense to do what is right here and ensure that all who qualified of this promo, cough*cough* scam, will be able to take full advantage of it. just venting and ranting my fellow mylotters!
