Do you have ample time for your friends and family
How do you manage the work and home
and what all others problem you face in managing the both work and home

I think we all have problems at office and when its goes beyond our control, its a big issue, This happened to me in my last job and at the end i left.
In my current job i have to think about the growth and if i don't get i have to think about the salary. So if one of the thing is getting i will continue the job.
