how many people messed with hp laptops?

i have an hp pavillion dv 9310us
i bought it from abudhabi worked neetly until two month after that no disply and restart immediately i reflowed that and it's worked around one two month again gone again reflowed worked for one week after 4 th reflow it stoped working

Well since i had taken my hp laptop dv5 pavilion i had suffered alot of problem from crashing of os to brusting of charger and battery down to display problem and the usb not working and so many. I got repaired that many time now i left it as it and advice all not to purchase HP laptop.

I'm sorry for what happened to you, but it looks more like a malfunction of your computer than a HP problem.
I've had an HP for two years and - even though I prefer Acer - I have never experienced any problem. The only annoying things are automatic updates, but after disabling that feature I was fine.

This is more of a weird outcome, I do not know of the place you bought it but is it reliable? I have always used and favored hps and I have had them for awhile with no problems and great work that I can also customize.

Based on SquareTrade research of The Most Reliable Laptops, HP gets the last rank or should I say HP gets 9th Rank from 9 Laptops with 25% chance failure in second years. Although HP gets bad rank in reliability, yet HP gets the highest rank in their sold products. I think it's kind of ironic.
