Hi, good morning from the UK, i want to share with you an "almost unknow" blues guitarrist from EE.UU. I said "almost" because, when you listen to them by the first time, you think:"how the heck didnt know about this guy before?"
I am not going to say anything more, just listen to some videos and you will understand why, because joe isnt about words, he is about emotion.
official website: http://jbonamassa.com
You can serach on youtube as well there are plenty of videos (sorry the system wotn let me paste them)
Cheers and thanks for the reading ;)

I am familiar with Joe Bonamassa, but he is a solo artist not a band, but obviously has a backing band. He is a fantastic Blues Guitarist but, I am more familiar with him through the band Black Country Communion which is a mix if British and American musicians including Bonamassa himself. Although you will notice with this is, he is more Hard Rock with Blues Rock inluences. Id really reccommend the Black Country Communion album. You can get it pretty cheaply from play.com

I thought I'd vaguely heard the name, but I'd never heard his music until today; he's an extraordinarily gifted guitarist: there are elements of Jazz; Rock; Pop in his playing as well as - of course - the Blues. I notice he's worked/working with a lot of high profile musicians. He's obviously highly thought of. I can see why.
