I have a big problem with my email address. I need your advise

friends. my hotmail email address is bloked by them. someone is ilegaly using my email address and sending spam mails to others. this was found by them. so they they blocked my email address temperarily. actually that is good for me. But my problem is this. Normaly we should give another email address when opening an email address. as it was my first email address i gave my friend's email address five years ago. Now I have no contact with the friend. they will send a cord number to the given email address. if i submit the cord number, which is sent to my friends address the mail address will be opened with no problem. not the old friend is telling no time to open the email. that email is very importent to me. Not I have three questions
1. Is there any other method to open the e mail address.ß
2. I gave the perticular email address to my paypal and alertpay accounts. can I give another email address to these paypal, and alertpay accounts.
3. if so can I change the email address(paypal ID) which i gave to mylot, triond and othe ptc sites.

I am so sorry for that..
Up to now, I do not met the problem you have, But I know it could not chang your email address to your papayl, and alertpay accounts unless you have your old email box. The reason is that you need to recieve confirmation message by the ode ones.
So try to contact the hotmail, and tell them your situation, hope they can give back your old email box. Good luck.

Just changing the email address on paypal account and alertpay account is baby easy. I did it. and I got my ifbux payment just now. Now i am a bit relaxed.

I don't think there is any other way to open the email id, if you have not noted down the secrect questions.
You can create new accounts in paypal and alert pay..

Dear professor, as you told till now I am unable to open that email account. But little by little i am solving my problems. But i didn't open new paypal and alertpay accounts. I just changed the email address in my old accounts. It works well. thank you for your concern.

If you haven't done it yet, you should contact Hotmail and tell them when your account was stolen. They should be able to confirm the theft because the thief changed your password then and the IP address routing for your account would also have changed. It might not matter if you know what our security question is. A smart thief would likely also change the question and/or answer. This happened to me when someone stole my EBay account. EBay fixed problem within a day.

If you don't even have a secret question there for hotmail, try writing a letter to this site explaining your problem. It should work if they find that your problem is genuine and all. It worked for me with gmail, they were very quick in returning my account from the hacker just on the basis of my letter. It does take some time, but see if theres such option available for hotmail or not.

Hi, as it is my very first and very old email address I have forgotten the secreat question and its answer. till not i am unable to open the email account. but little by little I am solving my problems. My main problem was paypal account. I opened a new email account and gave the new address to my paypal and alertpay account. But I was a bit scared to do so. Just hafl an hour before i got my ifbux payment through my new email address on paypal. Now only I am being relaxed. Thanking you for your kind response.
