Resto with rude employess

When we got to manila we went to this resto. My mom got the menu while she's deciding what too eat the waitress told her matagal pa ba kayo? My mom walked out from the place because she was insulted. Any suggestion what might my mom did?

She just made the right decision. If I were in that situation, I will do the same. It is her duty to wait for the customer's decision on what to order. The manager should not hire those employees because they will not be able to retain more customers if they have employees who don't perform their job well.

wow! that waitress is very rude. she can't wait for the customer to decide. that waitress should must fired immediately if she don't have any patience. maybe that waitress had a personal problem and she can't control her feelings but its not right to be rude in your customers....

its the right decision. i would have done that too.their plenty of restos in manila so why should you eat on that kind of resto.they do not value customers and even don't have etiquettes to deal with their customers.
