Who do you think is the worst transfer of season 2010-2011?

My favourite team made a lot of transfer and it's expected to make a lot more this summer. In my opinion many of the transfers are bad and I can't decide which one is the worst. I exclude Suarez and Meireles, cause they are definitely a good transfers. So here is the list:
Roy Hodgson
Paul Konchesky
Brad Jones
Christian Poulsen
Milan Jovanovic
Joe Cole
Jonjo Shelvey
Danny Wilson
Andy Carrol
Which of those you think is the worst transfer and why?

Of those on your list I'd say Joe Cole. I really don't know what happened to him. He was brilliant as a kid, but he seems a shadow of that player now. I wonder if he is just burnt out?
Honorable mention to Brad Jones though, he seems like a completely pointless signing. Why sign an Aussie as a backup player when new rules mean you need as many home-grown players in your squad as possible?

For me the lousy transfer got to be Joe Cole. He is touted as the marquee signings and a full internationals. But I hardly seen him in action at all. I am an Arsenal fan, and I gutted when he decided to join the Reds instead of Gunners. But on the hindsight, I am quietly happy that we did not get him at all. So for me, he got to be the worst signings.
