Funnily enough, for me it was Kylie Minogue's "I Just Can't Get You Out of My Head". That song was so annoying when it gets stuck in my head. I don't blame Kylie or the one who composed the song though, they had a really catchy song and they needed to spread it to everyone else before it eats them up inside. Ha ha ha.
Honorable mentions: Bieber songs (baby baby baby ooohhh), Miley Cyrus songs (yeah yeah yeah, it's a party in the USA!), all those songs by Lady Gaga
Yeah, I have horrible taste in music.

Hi inkyuboz: In my case the most disgusting songs that have ever get stuck on my hear are reggaeton ones because I don't like this genre. It's disgusting, sexist and stupid. I don't like their lyrics but somehow, sometimes a song get stuck on your head. It's awful, specially when you don't like the artist.

For me it would have to be row row your boat because well ofcoarse I might get it out of my head, but than someone well sing it to me because it has my name in it. It can be funny at times, but after a while I am kind of annoyed of that song, but I still laugh so that people can think their funny and by people I mean my friends. Oh well I also had a teacher who would always sing that song to me every time that I walked into the class I was annoyed a bit. My friend never let me live that down, but oh well I am not going to lose it over that song I have come to just like it and to live with it because I know that I will never be able to get that song out of my head because I am always reminded of it.

I think the most annoying song I have ever heard that kept on playing on my head was from a song from an ice cream vendor roaming around the area. I can't help but keep thinking about it, though it was just a tune, soon it was beginning to annoy me.
Hhehehe..
Anyhow, there are also days when songs could play in my head for several days. Whew! After such, I find myself not listening to the song for months. I guess my mind grew tired of it because of the earworm.

Recently I got stuck with Human, by the Killers, for several days. It was on the radio every morning, when I was eating breakfast, and I couldn't stop humming it for the rest of the day.
Fortunately, I can remove any song that's stuck in my brain by listening to any tunes by The Ramones.

Hi inky, Party in the USA is a cool song and i have nothing against Miley. But when i heard it for the first time, the song was so catchy, it stuck in my head for the whole day. I was at Uni and i am humming 'party in the USA', my friends are like 'dude, you are in Australia' not USA...Damn, i just couldn't get it off my head!

Personally I don't have any idea of a song which irritates me. But recently I worked as a community nurse with 28 other nurses. One of the song which they would really consider as so annoying and irritating is J. Lo's "On the floor". They really hate it when the tune of "Lambada" comes up. I really don't know why they gets so annoyed when one of us sings that song but one thing is for sure all of us got LSS( Last Song Sydrome) of this song every time.

Hi inkyuboz!
u had me laughing there with your "honorable mentions". lol..I am a great Music lover and I know how to appreciate music in almost all genres but I can't really hide the fact that there are couple of songs out there which is just not kinda "pleasing to the ears" and literally irritating to hear. I am talking about Sean Kingston songs like "Beautiful Girl" and "take you there" (shorty I can take u there, WTF! HAHAHA) everytime I hear it and had a quiz in class I always fail..lol..I was kinda blaming the song because whenever I hear it, it just a sort of bad luck to me. Another irritating song to me is with this lyrics: " nobody wanna see us together but it don't matter no coz I got you" something like that, sorry I don't know the title and who sang it anyway I am not interested to know either. But honestly, I still respect their music but it's just not really pleasing to me.

I agree with your Kylie Minogue song and another one is "My achy Breaky Heart" by Billy Ray Cyrus (maybe it's a family thing?).
I like Lady Gaga, but I'd have to say"Telephone" is the worst for me! Another one that I like is "Tick Tock", can't remember who sings it, but it's a hard one to shake loose once it's in there.
