Cosmetic Surgery- For it or against it

I never was one for plastic surgery or anything cosmetically altered before. But a couple of years ago when I looked in the mirror and saw the deep "thought" wrinkles in between my eyebrows I can totally understand why women scream for Botox. I still do not want to try Botox for the simple reason that I am very allergic to things so I don't want to make matters any worse than they are in my eyes. So I am planning to save up for the expensive creams to maybe try and reverse the wear and tear of life on my face. But one thing I do plan on doing one day is to have my boobs lifted. Not added or subtracted, just lifted.
What is the one cosmetic alteration you would have done to your body? Are you for or against this? And why?

It would be cool to have a longer right leg. Maybe one day I'll have my right leg elongated just for the heck of it. Then I'll sign up for taekwondo lessons.

Doing it or not is up to people's own choice and we should not make disparaging remark about it.If they think they need a conmetic surgery,it's their right to have it.
But as for me,I would never try one.
