Managerial Position..

My friend just hired me as a Manager of his burger business. Wow incredible! At first I was hesitant to accept his offer since I don't have any background on managerial matter. That's way too far from my field. Who are managers here, can you give me some advice what to do. How will I make a report and every responsibilities as a manager..

I don't think you should look for advice here, I guess your friend hired you because of whatever reason he thought you could handle the job.
I guess you should've asked before accepting the position, otherwise you and him may get dissapointed at each other. Feel free to ask what exactly he expects from you and propose any ideas you may have. Again, it is my humble opinion that he hired you because of something you know.
