how to invest for safety

Hi friends,
Recently I have received one mail on my personal id from one of the share brokerage site. As they have mention on it: Money market funds are safe and pay interest in the form of dividends. In 2011 interest rates in general will likely still be low in these funds and at local bank as well. The advantage with money funds is that when rates go up in the future the interest earn will automatically follow current trends. Invest money in these funds for safety and flexibility.
What do you think on this. Is this will be safe for me to invest the money on market.

Money market fund is kind of debt fund that typ of fund invest only in debt securities where the money Will be repaid within 91 days. These fund carry the loest risk amongst all the fund. My suggestion for you, if you want to invest for Short term period the go for this but you want to invest for log term and willing to take some risk then go for equity scheme

You can invest money in some company or fund that gives you best return or fixed interest without taking any risk of your money, that will be the safe investment.
