I like to wear my dark shades or sunglasses, specially now that it's scorching hot once again. It shields my eyes from the UV rays of the sun. It also blocks too much wind from slapping my eyes when i ride public transports. When i am in a hurry in the morning , i will skip putting on make-up and just put on my shades. I just apply my make-up at the office. My shade also hides my eyes whenever i have to look at the beautiful face of a co-passenger at the jeepney. I can look at the beautiful bag , dress and shoes of others, without them noticing that i am thoroughly looking at those. Do you too?

I really would love to wear sunglasses but I can't 'coz I'm wearing prescription glasses... I wish my eyes were just like before. My eyesight started to blur while I was working as a quality inspector in a factory and I think it worsen when I had 2 consecutive pregnancies way back...sigh

So maybe you could have those eyeglasses that turns a darker shade whenever it's exposed to the sun. I have known some who has that. So do you think your 2 consecutive pregnancies contributed to the blurring of your sight?

I think that kind of eyeglasses are much more expensive than those of regular lenses...I use a multi-coated lens, adviced by an optometrist because I spend more of my time infront of computers. It filters the radiation coming from the monitor. And yeah, I think having 2 consecutive pregnancies also affected my eyesight because my body didn't get enough rest and regained the changes in hormones during pregnancy. You see my first born was only 3-4 months old when I got pregnant again...yeah, I know, that was fast

Well eye is the best gift by the creater, see how safely it has been placed? But the external protection has to be given, while out from home is by use of good quality sunglass for uv protection, if you drive at night get a polaroid coat for anti glare. i use glasses made from synthetic material, it is unbreakable, has special uv protection coat, scrach proof, and polaroid coat, it changes from transparent to sunglass automatically, it has graded power, means i use same glass foe reading, computer work and distant viewing.. Thank you for sharing Enjoy life to fullest. Professor ‘*^Bhuwan^*’. .

Your actually doing a healthy thing. The shades protects your eyes from the UV light. Just that be careful sometimes because there are also shades that does not provide enough UV protection especially the fake ones.

I have grown up rarely using sunglasses until the past two years. After starting to wear glasses consistently, I hate not having them with me at all times. It makes me so much more comfortable when it it sunny out and I know my eyes are being protected.

Yes, it's hard to go out in the scorching heat without any protection for the eyes. I would usually squint my eyes and shade it with my hands , if i don't have my sunglasses with me.
