The last thing I do is make sure I've run down all the things I'm thankful for (that day). If you do it all day long (to keep positive) why stop there? It makes me feel good

that is so nice to say it to your parents. But you could look out your window and say "Good night World see ya later" no one will know so you wouldnt look silly.
