Sometimes out of fear we form an imaginary thing/person, but mostly instincts don't lie.

It's been quite a long time since I had walked the streets in the wee hours of the morning. I was still in college and there were times I walked home since it was hard to find a cab. When I find myself walking alone in the streets, my alertness seem to be at its peak. I can't really say the streets are safe where I live so I guess it's only prudent to be careful and alert when walking alone at night.

I really don't like walking home late at night. If it's too late while doing something, I just sleep over at my friends or ask for their company to go home. I seriously don't like being alone in the dark as I fear darkness and have this weird imagination that someone may come and rob me or kill me or something.

Honestly I hate darkness and being alone. Eventhough there must be some lamps in the stree but you know, its not enough for me. Can't imagine if I have to walk alone in the middle of the night. Maybe all I can think is run home as fast as possible lol :D. Fortunately, I never had a situation like that.
