This is my first shopping , Can you share any skills for me in ebay?

In my country there is no custom taxes for second hand goods and no taxes inside the Euro zone. I had only to pay taxes for a new external USB drive bought in Hong Kong. I had problems with snail mail post with the USA -- 2 items never arrived and I was refunded --. The way to go is to ask and pay for Priority Air Mail if you buy in the US : I bought a second hand PDA and books and they have been delivered in five days or less by air mail. The only other service similar to Ebay I use is Delcampe, but it is only for collectible items -- stamps, postcards, etc. -- and I have never bought something in another country than mine, so I cannot say.
