How long do you usually take a break time at work?

I am a stay at home mom and I am not familiar with the word "break time" :) Moms- you all understand me right? :) Anyway, when I used to work, I used to go down to the Employee Dining Room (EDR) and just sit and watch tv or have a snack. :)

Wow...people are supposed to take breaks at work?? I have moments where I have no clients..or am driving to a clients home..but more likely than not I am on the phone discussing something work related.
