A friend of mine took his interview for his new job this morning.To his disappointment,he failed the chance to get his favorite position in the company.When we talked about the reasons why he could not get the chance,he said,he did not pay enough attention his detail for the interview.
Then comes the question:What is the most important for our success? Some of us may have the idea that we should first of all have our goals,which offer us directions where we should go?While others may say, we good habits play important roles in gain our success.
Maybe,failure come from all kinds causes,and success is made up of many factors.

I think the three most important factors for success are (I think one wouldn't be able to make us success):
1. Hard working
2. Patience
3. Learning from mistakes
