While this might be the hardest thing to obtain, it`s also the easiest thing to obtain. Happiness it`s a complicated thing. We,people search for it all our life, but we the thing is that we actually don`t know where to look for it.We say:"hey look at Bill Gates,he is the most happy man in the world" when in fact he isn`t...we search for happiness in money, in cars, in successful carrier, we search for happiness in all the WRONG places. Happiness is inside us, happiness is in all the little things you do that make other people smile, your friends, all the times you had with them, your family..the expression on your kids face when you bought him his first bike, nature that is so beautiful with all those animals, the look in your wife/husband eye when you say you love her/him...the feeling that you had in you at your first kiss..do you remember it? That is happiness, the satisfaction of helping others, being with the ones you love, enjoying your time with them...In my opinion, that is happiness!

Nice words, you are right thats happiness, being rich and happing the best cars or things that ar valuable is not happiness lies within our life, our ability to bring it to existence is what makes us a happy person

It's true that we could find happiness in the simplest things. Most people tend to search for happiness in extraordinary things but we don't see that happiness is already within us. We just have to open our eyes and heart. We have to appreciate whatever there is in front of us.

oh Dany you should copy this and frame it. I have no idea how old you are but this is fantastic I mean you have just put into wonderous words just what happiness means to me.Searching for happiness in things will bring us tons of things but is that happiness? I looked at my new b orn ,he was skinny and long and had the biggest feet, and to me he was the epitome of happiness. His little grin, oh the nurse said thats just gas pains, but no he could giggle and laugh at three months old. now hes 52 almost and he still has that infectious laugh;.those are happy moments.I met this man with black hair and flashing laughing eyes and his ready grin made me feel warm all over. this I thought right then is the man I will marry and I did. And I lived to be happy I did.Happiness with laughter, with grins, with giggles, sharing a joke, building a family just being happy because the other one is happy too. I spent half a lifttime as a nurse's aide and loved it as I got happiness out of helping others to face and conquer their fears when ill. then the last half of my life I workeed helping people in the libraryh by shelving media.Happiness is loving what you do,having a passion for your job, helping my husband when he was recovering from colon c ancer surgery. just being together with the person you love thats true happiness.

Very well said Dany7W! Sometimes, I wish that we would always be reminded of what happiness really mean 'cause more often than not, I have to admit that we forget the true essence of where happiness really come from. Happiness also means contentment. If you're never contented at anything you have or just make the most of everything you got, you will never be happy. We need to appreciate the littlest of things especially the people that we care about and those that really matter to us.
