Which account is Best to create in Alertpay

Still now i don't have alertpay account, but now its necessity has occurred. Many sites now pay only through alertpay, as paypal having many problems in india. Now i want to know which alertpay account will be the best for indians,
1.Personal pro
2.Personal starter
3.Business
Tell me the best account which can be used for indians to withdraw and do all activities.

Well i am also using alertpay but i think paypal is best for it because paypal withdraw fee is only 1$ but alertpay withdraw fee is 15$. If we earn 20$ then 15$ is fee for withdraw and we only earn 5$. So i don't think it is the best while paypal is best because its withdraw fees is also low as compare to alertpay. Me also using alertpay because i don't have pancard so i am using alertpay but paypal is best for all and if you want to create and account in alertpay then select personal pro because i think it is the best. You can earn money through alertpay and it is the good thing in alertpay.
