Are marks important than the subject in real world?????

Do you think marks are of greater importance than your ability in the real world.......???are marks the basic degree of your brain measurements????? What do you think should people be recruited on basis of better application or practical knowledge than on the theoritical knowledge???Are marks the basic count for your currency..

I don't think marks are more important than ability or experience. If you want evidence for this, how about all the students who graduate from university and then have problems finding a job?

I agree with you.Its totally the ability and the quality of the practical applications which really help the students furthur...Many of the students find it tough in getting job mostly because of the lack in communication skills...
