This is a great movie! I watched it with my son the other day because I wanted him to see the story of William Wallace. If we had leaders that acted like he did then the world would be free but who wants to stick their neck out when they've got a mortgage, kids and a filled social calendar?

A great movie and classic that definitely made it's permanent mark in the U.S. film industry. Especially with the famous battle with Mel Gibson painted up at the front line. Love this movie.

I watched this movie long time ago for many times. It is a great movie. I often cried when I watched it. Yes, it seems to be a boring movie at the beginning. But after William Wallace's wife was killed, then this movie becomes attractive. I love China

I love the story of the movie. It is a really touching story. I actually really loved it. I actually enjoyed it. My husband thought that it was alright. He isn't a huge fan of the movie, which is fine by me. I still enjoyed it.

I already watch this movie many times. I have a copy of it, and I would preserve it forever. I love this movie though, and I think that was one of Mel Gibson's best movies he ever direct and act. I love this movie, just like you said, it has love and patriotism, and also describe a hero vividly. Inspiring at the end.

Brave Heart actually tells the history of England, in particular Scotland and William Wallace. The love story though was a fiction because the history only tells the story about William heading a group of Scotish people against the Noble men and the King's rule at that time regarding brides sleeping with the noble on the first eve of her wedding. It was a great story and i really enjoyed watching that in the theater when I was in college. I found it very interesting and not boring at all. In fact when it's being shown on tv, I still watch it again. Mel Gibson did a pretty good job acting as William Wallace and if I'm not mistaken he produced that movie as well.
