I know ebooks are becoming very popular these days. I have not downloaded any yet. I huess I am still an old-timer. I still read the old traditional printed versions of books, novels, magazines, newsletters. I have a collection of the classics, and I am still enjoying reading them.

For myself when I read ebooks, I just download them onto my computer, as I don't have a Kindle or any kind of reader yet. Like the poster above, I use bookmarks to remember my places, but if I'm taking notes or reading anything technical, I highlight too.

I really have to say that I much prefer reading actual books rather than ebooks. I have an easier time reading actual books. I can't read online for very long. I find that my eyes get sore a lot more easily when I'm reading online, or on my computer.

It depends on what e-book I'm reading. When I'm reading about school related stuff, I take down notes like there's no tomorrow. When I'm reading fiction, I generally just remember the event as I go. I use bookmarks to remember which chapter I'm in. For other kinds of e-books, I don't take notes and just read. I take my time reading each section so I remember the content.

I don't read ebooks very often. They hurt my eyes. But sometimes when I HAVE to,like school assignment or something,I read with my laptop on bed so it'll be a little more comfortable for me.
