Durian fruit is plenty in Asia. At first, i hated the smell and when i tasted it, i realized that the smell is actually because its too sweet. Anyway, until now i love eating the fruit despite the smell. How about you, What do you make of that smell?

Yes, durian is plenty in Southeast Asian countries. When I visit Malaysia, I notice many people enjoying durian. With all due regards to them, I have to say I just cannot eat durian because of the strong smell, very inique fruit in that way. I noticed that airlines do not allow bringing durian onto the plane.

I love durian. It has been years since i have eaten one, since it is produced by a very far away province , so it's rare in our place and cost a lot. But i can really say that it is delicious and has an exotic taste and so with its smell. Some find the smell not good, but for me it's as heavenly as its taste.

I'm kind of used to the smell of durian already. I grew up eating different kinds of fruits. Though durian is not one of my favorite fruits, i still think it tastes good. When I was little, I would eat durian while covering my nostrils. I like eating durian candies because the smell is somehow lessened.

I know, to many people, it is a treat of a life time. To me, it really smells like sh*t. I have actually tried to eat a chunk of Durian. I don't like the texture of the fruit, quite like eating a piece of lard. The worst thing is the smell of the gas coming up from my stomach after I have swallowed it. I will never eat any Durian again.

At first, I do not eat durian because of it's smell. It smells like rotten feet. However, after living here in Davao for four years, I got used to its smell. Later, I tried eating it and I discovered it is very delicious. No wonder many people are addicted to durian. Some eat it even if it is not advisable especially to those who are suffering from high blood. My cousin who is a doctor even told me that eating one seed of durian is equivalent to one dozen of eggs. Wow, that's much cholesterol.

I like durian. I'm very lucky that I'm living in a city where durian is plenty and cheaper. It is even become cheaper and cheaper during Kadayawan Festival in our city. Aside from its delicious taste, it can help in the recovery from dengue fever. But too much of that can cause hypertension especially those who are already hypertensive.

Hi I like Durian too but sadly I don't like the smell to well. Every time I eat that fruit I always have to hold my breath but honestly I really love how it taste. I am come from a a place where Durian is also abundant because we are near Davao City the place where Durian is known of. You also have to regulate the intake of this fruit. Even though it is a fruit most people say it is very fatty and may cause heart problems to people who eat this fruit. I don't have a concrete evidence regarding this information though.
