This attached photo from an advertisement of McDonald's. It is a new hamburger contains mashed potato, bacon and double beef inside. The right photo is the advertisement and the left photo is the real hamburger. What a big difference! The right hamburger is large and attractive, but what do you think about the left one? But they are supposed to be the same. If not, but at least the difference shall not be so large, right?

This is a complaint that is worldwide!! And, no, those are not the same kinds of hamburgers!! That's insane. That's worse than our commercials here. No commercial food is going to look like what you buy in the store because you have professionals building the food for photographers and in the store you have every day humans who make loads of mistakes. But, this one is the worst I've ever seen!!!
I love the sad face they drew on the picture, though.

Were those the same types of burgers? or were you misled into thinking the flimsy-type had the same name as the Double-Decker Mondo-Huge Burger?

The burger you described sounds like it would be good. You should know that all food places photo shop/ makeup their food for the commercials. They even wipe the tomato up so it doesn't have any juice to leak on the bun or burger.

Hello you less.
I have looked at the photo and if the 3 of them are supposed to be the same, then yes, you could even report them to the customer protection. If not and you are just asking about them, well i believe the one in the right side is to big to eat, if you can't put it in your mouth for my taste.

Usually that is the image they want to create for the public to see. We have this illusion that those burgers are large and tasty, also mealy right? When you order the actual order, the size just so ironic of what you saw on television. You won't get the same size of it.

Are they fooling us consumers? well, maybe because they want to attract consumers but they don't want to spend more. or maybe they are running out of stocks?

What you should pay attention is the size is never same. It's happened to me when the commercial break shows me that the burger is big. A week later when I go to McDonald, I buy the burger, and unfortunately, the size is smaller. If I ask them why the size don't match with the commercial break, they will just laugh because I believe it too much. Well, I guess you can't directly believe what the commercial break says.

Well, you can say so, but be careful. There are some people who do experiment with those burgers, leaving it for many years. The result is the burger still look as is many years before. Logically, any foods will be rotten, but this isn't. So, there must be many chemical substance inside of it.

They pay "stylists" to come in and make the food look super good and then they pay expensive photographers to get the best shots. So even if they start with the same thing that a regular customer gets, it always looks so much better in a picture.

That's frustrating to see. However, the McDonalds in our place isn't like that. I mean, what you see in pictures are the same as you eat. Like the Iced Mocha / Mocha Latte they offer.
