The one you love or the one who's loving you?

To whom will you give your heart?
To the one you love but no assurance that he will love you back,
or to the one who is really loving you and very vocal for his feelings?
Well for me I should pursue for the one I love. Who knows? if he also loves me or he will love me back if we can have more time to spend together.
