what are your views about yoga and 'pranayam'...do you persform it regularly??what changes you notice in your life that yoga and pranayam brought?how many people you referred for doing yoga?

Unfortunately, I don't practise yoga regularly but I'd like to. I have a DVD by the yoga teacher Barbara Currie. She is in her 50s or so, but her body is in great condition and she looks younger and in good shape. I think that if I practised yoga regularly, I would be a lot more flexible.

oh yes..it do help you a lot not just physically,,it gives you inner peace and stability..look for ''pranayams'' and iam sure you will feel great..if you practice it regularly the results will be great..iam trying too.good luck.

I perform it regularly.Everyday before sleep,I practise it for about 15 minutes and it makes me feel relaxing.And I often do yoga after my afternoon nap.It brings me health,I haven't catched a cold since last september,I don't know whether it is because of yaga,anyway,it makes me feel good.What about you?
