how to make friends..

hi ^_^ since i'm new here i want to start by asking a question.. how to make friends? i'm going to start college again and i'm quit nervous about it.. well it's not easy to make friends knowing that you were not in the same school as you use to be in before with your old pals.. since i'm getting a new course(BS COMPUTER SCIENCE) which is not related from my course before ( HRM major in CULINARY)i'm curious about what will they think about me.. and how can i adopt to new environment once again.. hope you can help me guy's toodle..^_^

In my opinion, it's a natural thing that will come up eventually.
Don't try to force yourself or anybody else to be friends just to make you feel comfortable, let everything flow it's normal pace and eventually you'll find individuals that you may have interaction with or think alike like you do, who knows.
But specially, very important, do not think about what other people may think about you, that's unnecesary. Just be yourself and if people like you, they will, if they don't then they won't, that's it.
