Now we are hearing about 4G. But what is 4G. I think it means 4th Generation as like 3G which is 3rd Generation. In mobile we can watch Live TV its called 3G. In the same way The highest speed in wireless system with Internet is called 4G. What are you think about it.

Currently there is no such thing as 4G. 3G is the latest technology and in 3G the average speed in about 20-25MBPS connectivity all the time. This speed gives you seamless connectivity with Voice,Data, TV, Streaming video all at the same time. 4G takes this speeds to more than 100MBPS on wireless mode, but currently nothing about that in india. Even 3G is not giving the full speed, you oftem get 1-4MBPS only on 3G though the average speed should be around 15-25MBPS, But its not the case here.

You are spot on. some cell phone company (verizon?) actually bought the name 4G LTE and then sold rights to all of the others, so now that is what is getting marketed, and, while it is noticeably faster than 3G, it is more like going for Windows XP to XP service pack 1 than XP to 7 (Vista would be a step back XD)

Don't believe all you hear! 4G has been delayed for a long, long time, presumably because it didn't work? If it ever comes to a phone near you, don't expect anything different. You will still crawl at the same speed.
Oh, you might be able to speak faster!
