Organizing PTC memberships and cash

I am new to making money online so of course I have signed up for tons of PTC sites. So I have a few questions to all of my fellow "Mylot" people:
How do you keep track of all of the sites that you signed up for?
How do you keep track of which ones are the most profitable for you?
How do you manage your referals?
How do you get referals?
Any suggestions on a system to be able to make more than $.05 a day from these sites?

I have heard that users make an excel document to keep track of all the info and then put in the updated info each day. Can be time consuming but I think if you put in the extra work it should pay off. I have not gotten around to do this yet but I am wanting to do this.
