did we all get banned or what?

I am here I have connection problems though as I am in UK and using a mobile broadband connection and my credit is almost at zero. I was not posting because... well... now you are not going to believe this, and I was going to mention it later but... I just had my toenails painted in a PM! I am aware of some who have been banned and of others who are away for one reason or another and another thing too - it is Monday, the quietest night of the week

I'm still here I have heard of a few being banned recently and some who just upped and canceled their accounts. The ones that up and go and not say to anyone that they are leaving is sad for me because some of them I/we will never hear from them again. It has seems a bit slow, maybe I need to start starting topics,

For me, if it's not work, it's the rescued kitty, or housework. Ugh. Not much time for important things when I'm that busy. Even my online work is lacking due to all of this. 6 day work week, kitty here since Wednesday and still in a foul mood. Rescue agency doing very little to help the situation. A new roommate moving in, so everything from the basement has to move upstairs to the room the kitty is living in.

hi dawnald after having one fifty and two hundred back discussions and not getting them done no matter how hard I try, I notice a lot' fewer new ones c oming in . I in desperation went into friends started and in just a few hours I realized I had down all the new ones that I could relate to, barring cricket and hockey g game discussions and political ones which I never do I had done them all.l guess a lot of my fri ends here are on vacation or out visting someone or like so many out of jobs are out scouring the neighbor hood for new jobs, also some of my dearest my lot friends have left. One who pm ed me to tell me that a guy mylotter had really insulted her on one of my discussions and mylot she felt had been unfair in deleting her commebt I tried to explain that his response was deleted so her comment was too that mylot was not telling her she had flamed anyone. But I think she left and she came here about the time I did, now I feel awful as it was my discussion that she thinks her comment was deleted from. she said she just could not take it.I tried to explain he was the one who flammed not her. He is a real jerk too. I do hope she has reconsidered however.

I am really surprised Madam. You have more than 1000 friends. Are you not getting the discussion posted by them in your email. For clearing that it will take a lot of time. I am doing it from the morning - yes I would have typed at least for 2 hours for mylot. with only a few friends. It is not a dull day in my view. Perhaps the compensation members get is very less and people who have got work they will not come to this. People like me who are retired - I enjoy doing it. So my discussions are online and you can enjoy posting your views.

Yes, there are some people missing, not sure why on some. I know why on others. I think it gets this way in the spring and summer stuff out doors or getting ready for graduations and the end of the year at school. I do not know how to really liven this up. Another friend has also posted about friends gone missing.

Wow! I thought it was me. I Finally, finally have a lap top that works so I am online 24/7. I thought I just got caught up and that is why there was little to do. Now I feel like I should review and see how many friends have been here in the last 60 days.

Well I'm bacck after 4 months of hiatus. Nice to still see familiar names but sad to hear that many are also missing. Well some of them will turn up again like I did. Sometimes we just get caught up into our busy lives and may forget about myLot but of course we don't really forget and we can easily find our way back.

well, this was posted in the middle of my vacation, so it was rather hard for me to post!

I am still here, just trying to gather notes for my paper and then I have to start on a working outline. I know that there are many who have left, whether on their own or not, I don't know, but it sure made mylot different. I know with some recent people gone, mylot will be different.

Hi dawny! Yes, I have definitely noticed a drop in notifications, especially this past weekend! I thought it was just me. I haven't been around as much myself lately for personal reasons and I just can't ever think of discussion topics still! Don't know who you are talking about that was banned though. I've been here for 4 years and have seen many friends come and go, but there are still plenty of "good friends" like you and many others that will continue to keep me here! And every so often I meet someone new and interesting!

I've notice alot of people come and go, merely because of the pennies they either get or don't get because of post violators, etc... Most of the people that I've met on here are in so much of a hurry to earn extra income, that they lose sight of connecting with real people and miss out on the whole concept of Mylot. That's my personal assessment of it all at least. Then you have the veterans like yourself, that continue to deal with all the newbie friend requests that only desire to send you spam email private messages and not even looking to connect with you as a person. Like this person I recently just deleted from my friends list. They were new, I could tell from their (0) behind their name. I was once new myself and didn't really understand the whole concept of mylot. So I accepted their friends request. Why did I do that. Next thing I know, I'm receiving a private message from them, saying something to the nature of check out my friends site earning upwards of X amount of $$$. I was like what, no hello, my name is BlahBlah Blah, I'm from such in such, I'm on mylot to earn more income streams, how about you? BTW, if you're interested then, please check out my friends website where you can earn upwards of X amount of $$$ in BLANK period of time.

I know what you mean.....where is everyone? I really don't know what we can do. Just hang in there and hope it turns around?

yeah well I don't know what's going on here I've been gone for so long but after so many people leave, the site will get boring and mylot will have to do something if they want to keep generating income from us little folk.

I've been busy playing with snakes. Gee, now I'm kinda glad I'm having this problem with the snakes. It lead to one of my infrequent discussions which helped to break the boredom, at least a little, I hope. I've noticed a distinct dip in the number of new discussions but haven't really been too upset by it since I've been extremely busy working in/on my garden. I still have quite a few veggie plants to get into the ground while still maintaining everything in-between rain showers and t-storms. When it's raining, I've been working on my new business. (I hate paperwork!) I don't plan to leave but I will probably still be a bit elusive for awhile since I have so much going on right now but I do poke my head in every once in a while to see if there's anything that really catches my attention and, of course, for which I have something to add. I'll try to be around a bit more often, though, since it is getting so quiet. I can finally keep up!

I have been posting alot on under the news and posting photos. I have been using Mylot's search engine alot,too! That is what I am doing. I know some of my friends are busy or have limited computer use right now. I know alot of people here give up to easily and then there are people who become memebers,get frustrated leave and then come back! Those things don't bother me anymore.

Hello Dawny. I still cannot see why she was banned. Isn't this site suppose to be one that we can rant, rave and share? Maybe i got it all wrong or i didn't read those darn rules and whatnot. It is awfully quiet here though. Boring actually.

Not as active as before because The demographic I am looking for is presently not here which make things uninspiring, Then I am busy at work and other stuff, I only sleep 4 hours a day so My mind is obviously not fresh as it use to be. I think I knew the person you said who got banned, I think that person tried to be mean to some people because its her way of being truthful, she kinda crossed the line. then she tried promoting a site that is a rival of mylot and telling people that site is better.
