What is your dream postition at your company right now?
For me, I want general manager position. I want to manage my company better than anyone. What about you?

I'd probably want to be a silent investor. At first, I thought I'd want to be a general manager too, but I know that it's a lot of work and there's gonna be a lot of pressure. I guess I'd gotten used to my work where we don't really have much pressure, but then again you don't really get to use your mind a lot. :)
