creativity & innovation for success

The word "Success" may have a different meaning for different people. But to me it is the lifetime achievement you have earned OR it is something you always wanted to have & now you have it. Creativity is simply making a new & better way instead of the regular fashion.
For example if a person is walking on a road in his lane(left) then certainly he has to 'look behind' every time he needs to cross the road or even to continue in his lane but if you walk on the road where the traffic is flowing in opposite direction then you don't need to look back again & again, simply saving the time. This is a person's intelligence.
Though innovating things takes a hell lot of time but surely you will find your destiny some day or the other. Those who think differently to change in a positive mannner are not just the leaders but THE LEADING LEADERS.

Dear friend,
I feel if those creativeity and innnovations have lots of positive resulte to give the society that person would be accepted. There are creativity and innovations that are harmful to society. I feel those creativity and innovations that gives a positive result is much accepted. At times risk taking could also give a better outcome.
