I don't have any experience of this medicine but have done some research and you may find the following link useful. There seem to be few side effects in patients for whom it is a suitable medicine but your doctor should have checked for a number of things before prescribing. Ova-mit is a trade name for clomiphene citrate. The information here should give you some idea of side effects you should be aware of (your doctor and the information on the leaflet with the medicine should confirm these). It is important to know what to be aware of rather than to be worried about side effects. Some things, such as visual symptoms of blurriness and flashes of light, are normal and nothing need be done about them. If you have abdominal pain or bleeding, however, you should consult your doctor immediately.
