I don't have any experience of this medicine but have done some research and you may find the following link useful. There seem to be few side effects in patients for whom it is a suitable medicine but your doctor should have checked for a number of things before prescribing.
Ova-mit is a trade name for clomiphene citrate. There is a great deal of (rather technical) information here: http://www.orgyn.com/resources/genrx/D000843.asp You should not be overly concerned about using it. The information here should give you some idea of side effects you should be aware of (your doctor and the information on the leaflet with the medicine should confirm these).
It is important to know what to be aware of rather than to be worried about side effects. Some things, such as visual symptoms of blurriness and flashes of light, are normal and nothing need be done about them. If you have abdominal pain or bleeding, however, you should consult your doctor immediately.
As always, if you are worried about anything or not clear about any information you have been given, the best thing to do is to discuss your concerns with your doctor.
