Have you the habit of entering websites via links in unsolicited e-mails? Never do so? It may augment the attack of virus on your computer. So, only visit recognized websites. Am I right?

I don't worry about such things. In fact these links are often quite funny in a pathetic way. I love seeing what these idiots are doing. Of course, I'm virus proof! I'm running Linux from an un-write-able CD.

I am not worried about a virus on my computer as I use a Mac. But I would be more worried about some hacker getting my information. That is more important. I never open emails I don't know where they came from.

I don't do that. It's a favorite technique of scammers to direct you to a website that looks legitimate. They also send you to a site that looks just like PayPal or your bank when it's really an info-gathering site for their own purposes or a way to pass on a virus. Very good warning.

It should be a warning sign to us. we don't always listen though. Unsolicited emails are just an open invistation to something we may not want to be a party to. we should be cautious if we invite these links into our world. we may get more than what we ask for.

Some time I also recd. email without sender name, once I was open one email. It was a virus which slow down speed of my computer. After whenever I see any email from unknown sender I delete it forever.

You are absolutely right. Even if you think you recognise the website, you have to be careful. The name it says on the screen in the email may not be the site it is actually linked to - there are all sorts of tricks which scammers use to make you think you are being sent to a safe site when in fact you're going somewhere completely different. If you want to go to the real site, then open your browser alongside the email and type the address in by hand. Then you _know_ you are going to the site you expect.
