I am trying to lose my stomach after my second child. My first all I had to do was breastfeed and my baby weight was lost. Well not this time around, I am not losing it at all and I have a little tummy. I just wanted to know if anyone has any ideas on how to lose that tummy. I do have the Wii Fit but I never find the time to use it as my 1st born is 19 months and very curious he knows how to turn the console off lol. What are some exercises or eating habits I can do to lose this tummy of mine I would like to be back in a bikini by summer.

You have told the answers. Exercises. Diet food. Less worries. Work and work more work may help u. However it depends on genes. If your parents are fat chances of your getting slimmer is less.

Wow I didn't know it depended on your genes. You learn something new everyday :) I would never do those diets because most dont work. Healthy living is the key I think. Although sometimes eating healthy sucks but companies are becoming more creative with food. Thank goodness for the net because you can get so much information on staying healthy and being able to watch work out videos and such is so helpful. Hopefully the combination of those 2 will help

Eat what you want but try to keep it on the healthy side! Make sure that you use serving sizes right. Exercise daily that is the key word Exericise ! After my second child was born and I came home I was still at 132 pounds and I thought how the world am I going to lose this gut. Everyone said well it is in your genes once you gain you will never lose. That may be the case with some but it is not the case with all. Do you drink alot of pop ? If so stop , and you will lose. the reason I ask about the pop is that most Mom's do drink alot of pop.

I never stop walking. Everyday when i get a chance, i walk to the park to let my kids play. It takes about a half hour so i know i am burning some calories. Also, i cut down on carbohydrates. I have whole grain cerial with breakfast, but i have fruit and veggies for lunch. I also make the smallest portion of dinner a good carb, like sweet potatoes or corn. That and running around after the kids once they learned to walk truely helped me hit my target weight again. And remember, it takes longer to lose the weight after each pregnancy, so don't worry if it takes a few months longer to lose the baby weight the second and third time around.

Exactly you said its not about diet, but healthy living and excercise. To me I would continue to eat healthy and work out intensly if you have a membership at the gym or work at home. You're better off than me I struggled losing weight from my daughter and it was like once I had been pregnant my whole metabilism changed. My daughter is about to be four and I still have weight to lose lol. Now Im back at the gym, but its about eating healthy and working out consistantly. best of luck to you.
