What do you think about trance djs mixing with hip-hop and pop artists?

All trance fans know who Dj Tiesto is, and most of us know that his release of his newest album Kaliedoscope has been out for a while. I love this album and found it interesting that he colaborated with Sean Kingston, Three Six Mafia, and Flo-Rida on a track called Feel It. By no chance am I making an insulting remark but is it helping electronic music like trance to mix with other popular genres?
