it's really difficult to lose weight..especially if you know how to cook..what's should be the first thing to do to initiate self-discipline??it's easy to say but difficult to do..ayt???

Cooking by itself is already a chore which requires your energy. It's just that, after the cooking, your tendency is to eat more if it is so delicious as you intended it to be. You can lose whatever calories was taken in by your eating, if after that you also get to wash the dishes and do some more chores that may require your energy again. Maybe you could also go walking after eating. That way, you get to burn those calories also. Just have the determination to do so. Look at your self in the mirror always.
